By posting publicly visible content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it. You must own the rights to any content you post, and it must not violate the restrictions below. We may remove any content at any time for any reason. You agree not to post:
Confidentiality
All information disclosed by Client is confidential and will not be revealed to any third party except as required by law.
Recording of Group Sessions
Group coaching sessions are recorded. By joining any group program or membership, you understand and agree to being recorded during these sessions. Recordings are shared only with current, active members of that program or membership and are not made public.
Testimonials
Coach may use Client testimonials or reviews in marketing materials. Client may opt out of such use by providing written notice.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for those services. Julie Danielson is not a licensed therapist, attorney or financial advisor. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. Results vary and are not guaranteed. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or call 911.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that files from the internet or this site will be free of viruses or other harmful code. You are responsible for implementing anti-virus protection, the accuracy of data input and output, and recovering lost data. We may update the materials on the site at any time without notice. We do not commit to updating them or correcting any inaccuracies.

Client may not assign this agreement without Coach's written consent.
Entire Agreement
These terms are the entire agreement between the parties.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because your spot, coaching sessions, program materials and community access are reserved for you the moment you join, Julie Danielson Coaching, LLC does not offer refunds for any coaching program, membership, course or digital product, in whole or in part. Books may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any purchase covered by this policy. Please contact [email protected] with any billing question first.
The Get Over Divorce Circle (Membership)
The Circle is billed at $197 per month with a 6-month minimum commitment. By joining, you agree to 6 consecutive monthly payments. After your 6th payment, your membership continues month to month until you cancel. You can cancel any time after your 6th payment from the Manage My Membership page on our website or through the link in your membership emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and no further charges will be made. Cancellation requests sent before your 6th payment take effect after your 6th payment.
The Get Over Divorce Collective
The Collective is a 6-month program paid in one payment of $5,997. No payment plans are offered. Missed group calls or unused 1:1 sessions do not extend the program or qualify for a refund.
Missed group sessions are available as recordings.
