Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this website, web page, client
portal, or mobile application, including any content, functionality, and
services offered on or through them, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Use License

Your permission to use and access this site is a limited,
non-exclusive, revocable license that may be terminated at any time for any
reason. When using or accessing the site, you may not:

Modify, copy, or distribute any material or services Use the material or services for any commercial purpose Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or access the underlying code Remove any copyright or proprietary notices Transfer the materials to another person or entity Post or transmit any material that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality, or wireless service provider rights

Posting Content

By posting publicly visible content, you grant us a
non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to
use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it. You must own the
rights to any content you post and it must not violate the restrictions below.
We may remove any content at any time for any reason. You agree not to post:

Unsolicited material Material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights Material that contains viruses or other harmful code Illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, obscene, harmful, or objectionable material False or misleading material

Confidentiality

All information disclosed by Client is confidential, and
will not be revealed to any third party except as required by law.

Testimonials

Coach may use Client testimonials or reviews in marketing materials.
Client may opt-out of such use by providing written notice.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee files from the internet or this site
will be free of viruses or other harmful code. You are responsible for
implementing anti-virus protection, accuracy of data input and output, and
recovering lost data. We will not be liable for any harm caused by viruses or
other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment,
programs, or proprietary material due to your use of the site or downloaded
material. The materials on the site are provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the
site or services obtained through it. The foregoing does not affect liability
that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from
any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising from your
violation of these terms or use of the site, including use of any content,
services, or products.

Non-Solicitation

Neither party will solicit the other's employees or
contractors during and for 12 months after working together.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved through good faith
negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be mediated by a mutually selected
mediator.

Revisions and Errata

We may update the materials on the site at any time without
notice. We do not commit to updating them or correcting any inaccuracies.

Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked to
from this site. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use
the site, you agree to the current version of these Terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North
Carolina.

Sever ability

If any provision of this agreement is invalidated, the
remainder will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

Client may not assign this agreement without Coach's written
consent.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the
parties.

Refund Policy

Books may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Refunds
for coaching programs and memberships are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and
only available within the first 30 days.
